There are combinations of hooks and cords for loads up to 4 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg to choose from. Use one hook + cord for small frames and two for larger ones. 

STAS picture hangers are nylon (perlon) monofilament cords and steel cables fitted with the patented STAS cobra. The picture hangers allow you to hang your pictures, paintings and wall decorations flexibly, in no time, without nails. The perlon cord is virtually invisible and the steel cable is suitable for hanging heavier wall decorations.

There are hooks and cords for loads up to 4 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg to choose from. Use one hook + cord for small frames and two for larger ones.

STAS smartspring on perlon cord - carries loads up to 4 kg (8.8 lbs)
STAS zipper on perlon cord - carries loads up to 15 kg (33 lbs)
STAS zipper on regular steel cable - carries loads up to 20 kg (44 lbs)

The perlon cord is virtually invisible. The steel cable is suitable for hanging heavier wall decorations.

When will my order be shipped?

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Picturerail.com.au containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via an appropriate courier within 1 to 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. Your items will be professionally packed and sent via courier with your tracking number being emiled once dispatched. If you wish to query a delivery, registered users can login to view their consignment details and courier's website for tracking, if the order was placed without registration then please contact us at info@picturerail.com.au.

What about returns & replacements?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee on all products from the date you receive the goods. Please email us at info@picturerail.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition to Picture Hanging Systems, 6/1 Moonbi Street, Brendale, QLD 4500. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer and are not refundable. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during return transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Picturerail.com.au will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
